ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchange/returned,pictures with intact lace are required.

If you want to return or exchange wigs,pls contact our customer service by email firstly,if your return is accepted,we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package.The Return Postage is on buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

we accept returns on all product within 15 days of receipt. We also accept exchange within 15 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
