ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchange/returned,pictures with intact lace are required.

If you want to return or exchange wigs,pls contact our customer service by email firstly,if your return is accepted,we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.The Return Postage is on buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
